Tri City Health Partnership of St. Charles has been selected as finalist to receive a new Volkswagen 2012 Beetle in the third annual LOVEbug “Share the Love” car giveaway contest sponsored by Fox Valley Auto Group, which owns Fox Valley Buick/GMC in St. Charles.

Voting at www.lovebugcontest.com ends in November and the top 10 people and top 10 non-profits from the five-month contest will be entered to win a car. One non-profit organization and one Chicago-area resident will each receive a car at the Jan. 20 at a finale party.

Fox Valley Auto Group is still seeking nominations for individuals who deserve to receive a new car. Last year’s recipient was a cancer survivor who is involved with Children’s Memorial Hospital and the American Cancer Society.

The winning non-profit must use the car as a fundraiser to raise money for its mission. Tri City Health Partnership is a free medical clinic that serves low-income residents of central Kane County who do not have Medicare, Medicaid/Public Aid or who are under-insured.
